Fasting occasionally might already make an enormous difference for most people who are exposed to a western diet, that are processed products high in processed fats and sugars etc. The truth is that we have been consuming unnatural processed products for so long and have polluted our bodies and our environment with a variety of toxins found in and outside of our food. Even if we all started today and continued to eat ideally into the future, occasional fasting would help to remove dangerous toxins that we have stored within our bodies over time. Additionally, our air as well as our water are polluted and have, along with other factors like EMFs and many other factors, a significant effect on our bodies and our health.

Prime examples include the removal of impacted mucus in the bowel, cancer cells, toxins and excess body fat. Antioxidants that are found within living vegetables and fruits attach themselves to toxins, and as part of this natural process effectively remove them from your body.
Breaking down the solid food we consume daily into valuable and usable nutrients, separating the good from the bad, demands an incredible amount of energy that our bodies have to invest every day of our lives. And if the toxins we ingest during normal food intake beat the amount of energy that our bodies have available to neutralize or eliminate the aggressors, then they will begin to accumulate and ultimately get stored in our cells.
